Delete your Pickleball Tracker & Drills account

You can delete your Pickleball Tracker & Drills account (by Actomus) and the data associated with it at any time, directly in the app or by email.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Open the Pickleball Tracker & Drills app and sign in.
Go to Account and scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deactivated immediately. It is permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. To cancel, sign back in during those 7 days and tap Restore account.

Can't access the app? Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and we will start the same deletion for you.

WHAT IS DELETED

After the 7-day grace period we permanently delete:

your account: email address, username, settings and preferences;
your practice history, logged results, personal records and statistics;
your private lists, drills, paths and progress;
group memberships, shared-list access and coach/athlete links;
notification (push) registrations and reminder settings;
sign-in codes and sessions.

WHAT IS KEPT

Content you published publicly (public lists or paths) stays available to other users with your identity removed — it is re-attributed to an anonymous owner and no longer linked to you.
Usage analytics are kept only in anonymized form: user and device identifiers are removed so the records can no longer be connected to you.
Purchase records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute resolution are retained for the period required by law. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in Google Play or the App Store separately.

DELETING DATA WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete individual lists, drills and logged entries in the app at any time; they are removed immediately. Usage analytics can be switched off in Account → Preferences.
